With over 30 years of clinical experience in Wound Care and Hyperbaric Medicine, our services include both virtual and in-person consultations. We offer our clients a very individualized approach to their specific needs. Our focus is on program growth and staff development with a patient-centric focus. Tailored reviews include review and development of both long and short term strategic planning, evaluation of clinical practice, staffing, credentials, policy and procedures, safety, quality, documentation, compliance, coding and billing. Developing a market strategy is, of course, an important component of our evaluation.
After an initial evaluation and a comprehensive review, recommendations will help guide continued success in your program's growth and development. As such, we offer not only insight into your program, and also will maintain an ongoing relationship with continued guidance, feedback and mentoring to your team or organization.
This consultation can be helpful in validating your current state of operation. It is, equally important to identify areas of potential growth. An important consideration for a hyperbaric center is the need to become an accredited program through the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Society (UHMS). Virtual and onsight accreditation preparation is also available.
Dr Charash is a Physician Services Leader working with Intellicure. This best in class Wound Care and Hyperbaric specific electronic medical record (EMR) is another tool to promote improved quality documentation, coding and billing and improved throughput. Dr Charash has worked with many of the other EMR's and can help optimize your documentation utilizing current documentation systems.
As an Advisor and Editor with Wound Reference, we can utilize the power of this successful tool to help tailor specific training and onboarding to staff and providers in your wound and hyperbaric medicine programs.
We also offer Continuing Medical Education, lectures, and workshops on all aspects of wound care and hyperbaric medicine.
