
Continuing Medical Eduction
The practice of Hyperbaric Medicine is an evolving field. We are offering a Comprehensive Review of up to date Hyperbaric Medicine topics. The program is live and virtual via zoom. We offer the program every other month during a midweek during the evening hours. We have two, one hour lectures on a variety of hyperbaric topics. As the this a jointly provided program in accordance with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Education through the joint providership between the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Society and Dive Medicine and Hyperbaric Consultants we are able to grant 2 hours of AMA PRA Category One credits for participation. The CME credits completed with this program will count towards the UHMS Accreditation requirement of 12 Hours of category 1 CME in hyperbaric related information for every 12 months of clinical practice.

My Story
Dive Medicine and Hyperbaric Consultants will be offering an ongoing Continuing Medical Education opportunity. Hyperbaric Medicine : A Comprehensive Review. The program will be offered via zoom. This will be a two hour time block, typically on an evening mid-week, every other month. Accreditation Statement: This is a jointly provided activity in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACME) through the joint provider-ship of the Undersea and Hyperbaric medicine Society and Dr David Charash of Dive Medicine and Hyperbaric Consultants. The Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.”
Designation Statement: The Undersea and Hyperbaric Medical Society designates this live course for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
By attending the complete series of lectures, you will have earned 12 hours of category One CME Credit in hyperbaric related activity. This would fulfill the UHMS requirement for hyperbaric accreditation. Per UHMS Accreditation, each provider should complete 12 Hours of category 1 CME for each 12 months of clinical practice.
